Self check-in was straightforward but a bit confusing.

i thought i was getting a family room with a balcony, but the black mould on the ceiling was beyond unpleasant. also, no shoe rack meant my shoes cluttered the entryway like a frat house. honestly, after that, some complimentary drinks would’ve been nice, but clearly, they don’t do that here. just couldn’t leave a good review.
